WHAT INFORMATION WE COLLECT
User Data - This is the personal data that is provided by you or collected by us to enable you to sign up for and use the Service. This may include your username, email address, phone number, birth date, gender, street address, country, date of birth and profession, comments, feedback, and personal profile. This may also include any protected classification characteristics such as your ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender identity, and family overview that you choose to provide to us.
Usage Data - We collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet, login, e-mail address, password, computer and connection information, information about the types of devices you are using such as unique device IDs, network connection type, provider, network and device performance, browser type, language, information enabling digital rights management, and operating system. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page.
Payment Information This includes your name; date of birth; credit or debit card type, expiration date, and certain digits of your card number; postal code; phone number; and details of your purchase and payment history.
Professional and Employment Data - This is information that you may choose to provide to us in connection with your use of our Services and may include your current place of work, professional title, function, and any professional credentials and skills, your prior work experience, and other information of the type that may be included on a resume, such as whether you currently sit on a board at your company and/or outside of your company.

We may receive or collect information about you from third parties, and combine and store it on our servers with other information we may have already received or collected from you. Social Networks and Other Online Services - Our Services may allow you to, upon your direction, share information with social networking services, such as Twitter, Facebook and Instagram. You understand and agree that the use of your information by any social networking websites will be governed by the privacy policies of these third party platforms and your settings on that platform. Analytics Partners - We may use analytics services to collect and process certain analytics data. These services may also collect information about your use of other websites, apps, and online resources.
You may end these Terms with nFormation at any time by deleting nFormation application from your device and discontinuing use of nFormation.
Advertising Partners - We may work with third party advertising partners to show you ads that we think may interest you. You can access any settings offered by your mobile operating system to limit ad tracking.
As Required By Law and Similar Disclosures - We may access, preserve, and disclose your information if we believe doing so is required or appropriate to: (a) comply with law enforcement requests and legal process, such as a court order or subpoena; (b) respond to your requests; or (c) protect your, our, or others’ rights, property, or safety. For the avoidance of doubt, the disclosure of your information may occur if you post any objectionable content on or through the Services.

PROMOTIONAL EMAILS, UPDATES
We will occasionally send you information on products, services, special deals, promotions. You can sign up for these emails from us on our registration page. Even if you opt-out of receiving promotional messages from us, you will continue to receive administrative and service-related messages from us.

SOCIAL MEDIA WIDGETS
Our Website and Services are not intended for anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has shared personally identifiable information with our Website or Services, we will delete this information immediately.
Our Services are hosted in the United States and intended for visitors located within the United States.
